That wraps up the first week of February in Hot Springs. I still believe that the OakPick program is due for a good weekend. Statistical fluctuations are easy to discuss until someone says that they got fluctuated out of $100. After almost 500 races the last 2 years, the Monte Carlo program is ~$30 below breakeven. That is likely better than you could do wagering on favorites at Oaklawn. Anyway, I will give it another go starting with Thursday's slate of races.
